How Does The Scheme Work?
First of all you will need to sign up as an Affiliate through our affiliate registration page (If you are a member of the school yourself you will already have your affiliate membership set up using the membership details you use for your Student Membership on the school). Once this is complete you will be able able to log in to your personal affiliate area.
In the affiliate area you will find links and banners that you can use in emails you send, or on web pages etc. also, within the affiliate area you can take a look at a log of the clickthroughs from your links, and any sales that have been made through them.

Testing the Spirit LIfe Bible School Affiliate Platform is pretty easy.
- Visit the following URL and sign in to your affiliate account:

Copy the Affiliate link and paste it into a new browser window. Hit go and it will take you to the Spirit Life Bible School site. This link will be registered to your account.
You can also go to the ‘Banners/Links’ page in the affiliate area. Get a banner/link code from this page and put it on your website or in an email to check that the banner HTML codes are working correctly for you. - Once you have clicked on that banner or link you simply go to Stats->Referrals page in the Affiliate area to make sure that the click is being tracked.
- When you know a sale has been made through your link, visit the Stats->Sales page to make sure the sale has been registered.
How Do You Know Which Clicks Came Through My Link?
The system uses a something called cookies. These are small packets of tracking information that are sent and saved in the browser of the person looking on a particular website. This is a very common way to help offer a user a better and more tailored web experience.
When someone clicks through your link, the information is sent and saved to the Spirit Life Bile School site and recorded, then if a sale is made it is assigned to that particular affiliate. You will be able to see all of your clicks and sales through the affiliate area as stated above. We have configured cookies to last for a full year before expiring. If your cookie remains on your friend’s system, you can receive acknowledgement for a sale even if it is 364 days later!
PLEASE NOTE: If someone has switched off the ability for cookies to be left on their browser, unfortunately there is no way for us to track clicks made through that computer, so no clickthroughs or sales would be logged. Also, if someone clears the cache or deletes the cookies this would also remove the ability for previous clickthroughs to be distinguished. This is something outside of our control.
Monthly Subscriptions, if purchased through your link, will add your percentage of the monthly payment amount to your account each time it is made, helping you to quickly accumulate credits in your account.
Please be aware that all of your sales records will show in $USD. This is a limitation of our system, and we are aware that some of your sales may be in other currencies. If you can alert us to this fact when you send a payout request, we will be able to easily check with the Paypal records and make sure we pay you correctly.
When and How Will I Be Paid?
The payout threshold is a minimum of $100 (or equivalent). This could easily be reached in just two sales depending on the memberships sold through your links. Once you see that you have accumulated a payable amount in your affiliate sales information, you simply get in touch with us through the Contact link in your affiliate admin area, and we will place the money owed to you in your account.
All of our payments are received and sent though the secure Paypal system. You will need a premium PayPal account capable of receiving money in order to be an affiliate on the Spirit Life Bible School. This is free to set up at Paypal.com

Limitations of the Affiliate Scheme
A commission of 25% of a purchase will be made on individual transactions that take place through your unique link and banners. affiliate commissions are not credited for tailored plans where churches or schools sign up a group of students to the school at special rates. Because there are already generous discounts applied to the group prices, further commissions are not applicable.
